Anna Koshkina is one of the most versatile and sought–after Russian cellists, whose repertoire covers a wide range of world musical art from the Baroque era to the present. The artist has several world and Russian premieres on her account.

Anna performs with many famous ensembles, including the Tchaikovsky Grand Symphony Orchestra, the Russian National Orchestra, The National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia, the Russian National Youth Symphony Orchestra, the Academic Symphony Orchestra of the Moscow Philharmonic, the State Academic Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Tatarstan, The Questa Musica ensemble, The Mozart Collegium Wien Orchestra, etc.

She took part in the festivals "Moscow Meets Friends" of the Vladimir Spivakov Foundation, VIVARTE and VIVACELLO by Boris Andrianov, "Musical Expedition", the Academy Festival in Budapest, the Pablo Casals Festival in Prad (France), the cello Festival in Klaipeda, "Return" on Hiiumaa Island (Estonia).

She performed in an ensemble with Julian Rakhlin, Wilde Frang, Shmuel Ashkenazi, Barnabash Kelemen, Clara-Jumi Kan, Alina Pogostkina, Boris Andrianov and other famous musicians.
Anna Koshkina was born in Kaliningrad. She began studying music at the age of six, at the age of eight she made her debut with the Gnessin Virtuosos Chamber Orchestra conducted by Mikhail Khokhlov in the Small Hall of the Moscow Conservatory

In 2017, she graduated from the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory (class of Boris Andrianov), then continued her studies at the Berlin University of the Arts (class of Professor Danjulo Ishizaki).
Winner of all-Russian and international competitions, including Young Virtuosos in Bulgaria, Riga Classis Strings in Latvia, Classical Strings Vienna in Austria.
